Saved Views & Filters
Filter deals with chips and the advanced filter builder, then save any view as a reusable tab.
Overview
The deals page gives you three layers of filtering, from quick to powerful:
- Filter chips — add individual filters one at a time with the + Filter button.
- The advanced filter builder — combine conditions with AND/OR logic, including exclude rules and filters that span multiple pipelines.
- Saved views — save any combination as a named tab so you (or your whole team) can return to it in one click.
Filter chips
Click + Filter in the deals toolbar to open a searchable list of every filterable field — built-in deal fields first, then your pipeline's custom fields under their own heading.
Pick a field, choose a value, and it appears as a chip in the toolbar:
- Click a chip to change its value.
- Click the × on a chip to remove it.
- Clear removes every active filter at once.
Chips work on both the table and the board, so a filtered board always shows you that it's filtered and lets you adjust without switching views.
Text and number filters apply when you press Enter or click away, so you can finish typing before the list updates.
Advanced filter builder
For anything a single chip can't express, open the Filter builder. It builds compound filters from conditions arranged in groups:
- Within a group, every condition must match (AND).
- Between groups, any group can match (OR) — add more with Add "OR" group.
Each condition is a field, an operator, and a value. Operators include is, is not, is any of, is none of, contains, greater/less than for numbers and dates, and is empty / not empty.
Two things only the builder can do:
- Exclude rules — for example, Pipeline is none of Service Contracts shows everything except one pipeline.
- Cross-pipeline filters — conditions can span all your pipelines at once, including each pipeline's custom fields (labeled by pipeline when they'd be ambiguous).
While an advanced filter is active, a banner shows how many conditions are applied, with Edit and Clear. The regular toolbar filters are overridden until you clear it. Advanced filters use the table view — the board is organized around a single pipeline's stages, so it's unavailable while a cross-pipeline filter is active.
Saved views
Any filter state — chips or an advanced filter — can be saved as a view: a named tab above the toolbar.
Creating a view
- Set up your filters (and, on the table, your sort).
- Click + Save view.
- Name it, and choose whether to keep it private or share it with your team.
The new tab appears next to All deals. Shared views are visible to everyone in your organization; private views are yours alone.
Using views
- Click a tab to apply that view instantly — the list, board metrics, and totals all follow.
- Tweak a view's filters and Save / Reset buttons appear, so you can update the view or snap back to it.
- The ⋯ menu on a tab offers Rename, Share with team (or make private again), and Delete.
- When you have more views than fit, the extra tabs collect in a searchable More menu.
Editing or deleting a shared view is limited to the person who created it and organization admins.
Views on the timeline
The same view tabs appear on the Timeline. This is where exclude rules shine: a view like everything except internal pipelines turns the Gantt into a true revenue schedule, and the monthly forecast recalculates to match.
Limits
To keep things snappy, each person can save up to 50 private views, and each organization up to 25 shared views. Delete views you no longer use from the tab's ⋯ menu.
