Integrations

Connect outside tools to Aggrandize — an admin enables a connector for the organization, then each person connects their own account.

Integrations connect the tools your team already uses to Aggrandize. They follow a simple two-step model:

  1. An org Owner or Admin enables a connector for the whole organization on Settings → Integrations.
  2. Each person connects their own account. Connections are personal — your credentials are never shared with teammates, and the assistant only reaches your data on the connected service when you ask it to.

If a connector you're looking for isn't visible yet, it may still be rolling out to your organization — contact support and we'll help.

HeyPocket (Pocket AI notetaker)

The HeyPocket connector pulls your Pocket meeting recordings into the CRM. Instead of copy-pasting notes after a call, you ask the AI assistant to import a recording, and it logs a proper meeting — attendees, HeyPocket's summary, the full transcript, and action items as tasks.

Connecting your account

  1. An Owner or Admin enables HeyPocket under Settings → Integrations → Organization.
  2. In the Personal section of the same page, paste an API key from your HeyPocket account (HeyPocket → Settings → API) and click Connect. The key is validated against HeyPocket before it's stored, encrypted at rest, and used only to read your recordings.
  3. That's it — the assistant's Pocket tools light up for you (start a fresh chat if one is already open).

Disconnecting is always available from the same card, and it takes effect immediately.

Importing a recording

Ask the assistant things like:

  • "What's eligible to import from my Pocket?" — lists your recent recordings with a quick relevance read on each.
  • "Import the recording about the Meridian bid" — pulls the recording's summary and a transcript preview into the chat.
  • "Log it as a meeting on [contact]" — creates the meeting, attaches the full transcript (stored server-side, with speaker-by-speaker turns), adds HeyPocket's summary with an Imported label, and offers a task per action item.

Every write goes through the assistant's normal approval cards — nothing is saved to your CRM until you approve it.

Transcripts imported this way behave exactly like pasted ones: collapsed on the meeting page, searchable, and deliberately not editable (they're the unaltered record). If your organization has disabled transcript storage, imports still work — the meeting is logged with the summary and action items, and no verbatim transcript is stored.

Admin controls

Owners and Admins manage the connector from the Organization section of the Integrations page:

  • Enable / disable for the organization. Disabling pauses the connector for everyone at once; individual connections are kept and resume if it's re-enabled.
  • Member overview. See who has connected, when their connection was last used, and whether it needs attention (for example, a revoked key that needs reconnecting).
  • Suspend / resume an individual member. Suspension pauses one person's connector access without touching their stored credential — and it stays in force even if they disconnect and reconnect. Only an admin can lift it.

What's next

HeyPocket is the first connector on this page — more are on the way, starting with accounting. Enabled connectors always follow the same rules: admin turns it on, each person connects their own account, and the assistant only acts with your approval.
