Calendar

Overview

The Calendar plots your tasks on the day they're due, so you can see your workload over time instead of as a flat list. It's the fastest way to answer "what's due this week?" and to spot days that are stacking up.

Reading the grid

• Each task appears as a chip on its due date, with a colored swatch for its priority (Low, Medium, High) and its due time when one is set.
• Today is highlighted.
• Days outside the current month are dimmed.
• When a day has more tasks than fit, a +N more link reveals the rest.
• Completed tasks are shown with a strikethrough when you turn on Show completed.

A task only appears on the calendar once it has a due date. Tasks without a due date live on the Tasks page until you schedule them.

Navigating

• Use the ‹ and › arrows to step one month at a time, or Today to jump back to the current month.
• Click the month title to jump straight to any month and year.

Filtering

Focus the calendar on the work that matters using the toolbar filters:

• Assignee — including Unassigned, to find tasks nobody owns yet
• Priority
• Label
• Show completed — bring finished tasks back into view
