Creating Your Organization

Set up your company workspace in Aggrandize.

Create your organization

After your first login, you'll see the onboarding screen:

  1. Enter your company name (e.g., "Acme Construction Co")
  2. A URL-friendly slug is generated automatically from the name
  3. Click Create Organization

You become the owner of the organization, with full access to all settings including billing, team management, and data export.

Subscribe to activate

After creating your organization, you'll need to subscribe to a plan before you can use the CRM. You'll see the subscription screen with plan details and pricing.

  1. Review the plan features
  2. Click Subscribe to open the Stripe checkout page
  3. Complete payment
  4. You'll be returned to the CRM with your subscription active

After setup

Once your subscription is active, you'll land on the Contacts page. From here you can:

Organization roles

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerEverything — billing, team management, settings, CRM data
MemberCRM data only — contacts, companies, deals, email

Owners can access Settings > Members to manage the team, and Settings > Billing to manage the subscription. Members see only the CRM.
