Creating Your Organization
Set up your company workspace in Aggrandize.
Create your organization
After your first login, you'll see the onboarding screen:
- Enter your company name (e.g., "Acme Construction Co")
- A URL-friendly slug is generated automatically from the name
- Click Create Organization
You become the owner of the organization, with full access to all settings including billing, team management, and data export.
Subscribe to activate
After creating your organization, you'll need to subscribe to a plan before you can use the CRM. You'll see the subscription screen with plan details and pricing.
- Review the plan features
- Click Subscribe to open the Stripe checkout page
- Complete payment
- You'll be returned to the CRM with your subscription active

After setup
Once your subscription is active, you'll land on the Contacts page. From here you can:
- Connect your email to start syncing conversations
- Create contacts and companies
- Set up your pipeline with custom deal stages
- Invite your team to start collaborating
- Open the AI Assistant (Alt+A) to get help with any of the above
Organization roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything — billing, team management, settings, CRM data |
| Member | CRM data only — contacts, companies, deals, email |
Owners can access Settings > Members to manage the team, and Settings > Billing to manage the subscription. Members see only the CRM.
