Plans
Aggrandize offers three plans to fit teams of every size. All plans include full access to the CRM platform and AI assistant. AI usage is billed separately based on consumption — see AI Credits for details.
Professional
$2,500/month — 3 seats included
Everything you need to run your sales operation:
- Full CRM platform access
- AI assistant with construction intelligence
- Outlook and Gmail email integration
- Pipeline management
- Contact and company management
- Team collaboration and activity timeline
- $100 in welcome AI credits (additional usage billed at $0.01/credit)
Additional seats: $150/month per person.
Advanced
$5,000/month — 5 seats included
Everything in Professional, plus:
- Advanced AI workflows
- Autopilot pipeline agents
- Custom integrations
- Priority support
- Advanced analytics and reporting
- Custom fields and views
- $100 in welcome AI credits (additional usage billed at $0.01/credit)
Additional seats: $250/month per person.
Enterprise
Custom pricing — bulk licensing available
Everything in Advanced, plus:
- Custom onboarding
- Dedicated account manager
- Custom terms and SLA guarantees
- SSO and advanced security
- Custom data retention

How to subscribe
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Subscribe to PRO (or the plan of your choice)
- Select the number of additional seats if needed
- Complete payment on the Stripe Checkout page
- Your subscription activates immediately
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Your renewal date is shown in the billing dashboard. Each monthly invoice includes:
- Base plan charge
- Additional seat charges (if any)
- AI credit usage for the period
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible via Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription):
- Cancel at period end — finish your current billing month, then stop
- Cancel immediately — end access right away
No refunds are issued for partial months.
Payment issues
If a payment fails, you enter a 7-day grace period. During this time you can continue using the platform at full capacity. Update your payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal before the grace period ends to avoid service interruption.
