Billing Portal
Manage your subscription, invoices, and payment methods.
Accessing the billing portal
All billing management happens through the Stripe Customer Portal. To access it:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Manage Subscription or View Invoices
You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted page where you can manage your account.
What you can do
Update payment method
Add a new credit or debit card, or replace your existing one. Changes take effect immediately and apply to your next invoice.
View and download invoices
Browse your complete invoice history. Each invoice shows:
- Base plan charge
- Additional seat charges
- AI credit usage for the billing period
- Total amount charged
Download any invoice as a PDF for your records.
Change billing email
Update the email address where invoices and payment receipts are sent.
Cancel subscription
Choose between:
- Cancel at period end — keep access until your current billing month ends
- Cancel immediately — end access right away
View subscription details
See your current plan, renewal date, seat count, and subscription status.
Subscription statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | Your subscription is in good standing. Full access to all features. |
| Past due | A payment failed. You have 7 days to update your payment method before access is interrupted. |
| Canceled | Your subscription has ended or is scheduled to end on a specific date. |
Who can access billing?
Only organization owners can view and manage billing settings. Team members with the member role do not have access to billing.
