Accessing the billing portal
All billing management happens through the secure Stripe Customer Portal. To access it:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription under the Plan card, or View Invoices under the Invoices card

The portal session is single-use and expires shortly after you finish. Coming back means clicking Manage Subscription or View Invoices again.
What you can do
Update payment method
Add a new credit or debit card, or replace your existing one. Changes take effect immediately and apply to your next invoice.
View and download invoices
Browse your complete invoice history. Each invoice shows:
- Base plan charge
- Additional seat charges (if any)
- AI credit usage for the billing period
- Total amount charged
Click Download PDF on any row for a copy you can forward to your accounting team.
Change billing email
Update the email address where invoices and payment receipts are sent. This does not affect any user's CRM login — it only changes where Stripe sends receipts.
Cancel subscription
Choose between:
- Cancel at period end — keep access until your current billing month ends, then stop
- Cancel immediately — end access right away
After cancellation, your account remains in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export data or reverse course. See Plans & Pricing for the full lifecycle.
View subscription details
See your current plan, renewal date, seat count, and subscription status — all on the portal's main page.
Subscription statuses
The status badge on the Settings → Billing Plan card mirrors Stripe:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | Your subscription is in good standing. Full access to all features. |
| Past due | A payment failed. You have 7 days to update your payment method before access is interrupted. |
| Canceled | Your subscription has ended or is scheduled to end on a specific date. |
| Awaiting payment | An Enterprise invoice has been issued but not yet paid. Click Pay Invoice to settle. |

Who can access billing?
Only organization Owners and Admins can view and manage billing settings. Members do not see the Billing card in Settings at all. The Stripe Portal session is scoped to your organization's customer record — what one Owner does there is what every Owner sees the next time they open the portal.
